Passed candidates will have to submit an online uploaded photo,
copy of the application, written examination admit card, citizenship certificate
and copy of the participant's certificate and other required papers through the
Gazetted Officer of at least ninth grade and submit it to the District Primary
Education Office in their respective districts by July 18th.
At the time of submission of certified photocopies of
certificates and required papers, the Mpakpi District Primary Education Officer
should be shown. Candidates should bring along the original copy of all the
original certificates, acknowledgments and other papers for display on the oral
examination board.
